Cat Artist Chuck Quint

Chuck Quint received his formal art training at The American Academy of ArtinChicago, IL., with an emphasis on illustrative oil painting.

Chuck previously exhibited figurative acrylic paintings in such prestigious art fairs as the Old Town and Gold Coast Art Fairs before turning to digital art in 1989. After taking a computer art course, he was hooked. His medium of choice these days is digital; utilizing a vector based digital illustration program Chuck says " it allows me the opportunity to take my pencil concepts and ideas and play with them in a vector illustration program, as they come to life".

His passion for cats combinded with a curious sense of humor and an interest in Far East studies is the catalyst for the Mystical Cat Art series.
